About Us

The IceCycle is an ice cream novelty trike cycling around the Morden and Winkler area in southern Manitoba. It was founded in 2019 by a twin family with a vision of making memories and having fun in our communities. At the end of the 2021 season a new twin family took over the IceCycle. We are Mike and Amanda Sumner and we have young boy/girl twins who love ice cream and riding their bikes. Naturally the IceCycle seemed like a perfect fit for our family! Mike grew up in rural western Manitoba and was always excited when the fair came to town along with all the food trucks. Lemonades and mini donuts are still his favourites. Amanda grew up in Winnipeg and fondly remembers Dickie Dee ice cream trikes coming around her neighbourhood. The strawberry shortcake bars were her favourite to get every time. We look forward to meeting you and hope to be able to serve up a memory or two for you and your family!
